· Contact oKIDokie Pty Ltd on +61 3 5364 2949 or email info@okidokie.com within 30 days of purchase to obtain your Return Confirmation Number. At this time we will require the following information:
- Name and email address under which the purchase was made
- Date and place of purchase
- Details about how you used Sounds for Silence (Soundtracks and/or Health Guide) and the result. We receive a very small number of returns and all feedback is used in research and development of future programs. We offer the satisfaction guarantee in good faith and ask that you take the time to provide us with the necessary feedback if claiming against the guarantee.
· After receiving your Return Confirmation Number, please forward this and the complete program (in original packaging) to:
